La Femme Cake Eye Liner Sealer is a liquid used to activate cake eyeliner to seal in the color for long lasting wear.
It is popular when mixed in with La Femme Sparkle Dust. The Sparkle Dust liquefies and is great as liquid eye liner or all over the eye for an intense, opaque finish. It also provides longer wear.
Put some Sparkle Dust on the back of a lid or your mixing palette and add 1-2 drops of the Cake Eye Liner Sealer and mix together until you get a nice consistency.
