To ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone, Lehved ABN 96 337 759 418 ("Lehved", "we" or "us") has established these terms and conditions in which details what you may expect from us and what we may expect from you.

From time to time, Lehved may modify these Terms and Conditions. Please continue to review the Terms each time you visit our website.


1. Price Changes

1.1 Listed prices for goods and services are subject to change without notice. 


2. Pickup Orders 

2.1 All orders are delivery only. Lehved regrets to advise that there is no pickup option available from any Lehved offices or warehouses.


3. Delivery

3.1 Lehved will venture all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods to the customer at the specified dates and times, however will be under no liability to you should delivery not be made on the appointed date and time.

3.2 If a delivery delay occur for any cause beyond Lehved's control, Lehved will be entitled at its option to extend the time for delivery or performance for a reasonable period or to terminate the order, at which the customer will be informed of any decisions.

3.3. Lehved is happy to assist you with items that have been damaged during transit. Please do not return any items without prior authorisation from Lehved. Contact us immediately and we will work together to resolve the issue promptly.


4. Shipment notice

4.1 All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment.


5. Payment

5.1 Lehved’s standard method of payment is by way of credit card via Paypal, and Direct Deposit.

5.2 All orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed and successfully cleared.


6. Cancelling Orders

6.1 Lehved is happy to cancel any orders at no expense to you only if a shipment notice has not been provided to the customer from Lehved. If you have been provided with a shipment notice or the order has been shipped, the order may still be cancelled however you will be charged the shipping fee only.

6.2 Lehved has the authority to cancel your order(s) if the order is suspected to be used for harm to one’s self or to others.

6.3 In the event that Lehved cancels your order or service after you have been charged, we will promptly refund to you the amount paid via a payment method of Lehved’s preference.


7.Returns

7.1 Lehved requests, not to return your order(s) without prior confirmation and authorisation from Lehved. We must be contacted within 10 calendar days of receiving the order for forwarding instructions.

7.2 Items may only be returned if it is unused and is in the identical condition as it was shipped.

7.3 Original packaging is to be returned with the products.

7.4 Shipping charges and fees of return orders will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable unless an error was made by Lehved.


8. Student Discount

8.1 The discount applies to all Lehved goods and services excluding shipping charges.


9. Use of Website

9.1 The distribution or commercial exploitation of our website or part of these contents (in regards to reproduction, sales, broadcast, retransmission, republications, and amendment, paraphrasing or otherwise) is prohibited without the written consent of Lehved.


10. Undelivered Orders

10.1 Order(s) that have been undelivered and/or returned to Lehved as a result of your error will be re-dispatched to you at which an additional shipping fee will be charged.

10.2 If the error was made by us, we will re-dispatch your order, at no extra charge to you.


11. Links to other sites

11.1 Lehved may be linked to third party websites. These links are entry into other websites and provide an exit from Lehved. The links and the contents are not the responsibility of Lehved, nor does Lehved endorse the website or its contents.

11.2 Lehved accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses, damages or any other consequences whatsoever that may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of your voluntary access to such other websites.


12. Severability

12.1 Lehved and you acknowledge that, under applicable State and Commonwealth law, certain conditions and warranties can be implied in these Terms and Conditions and there are rights and remedies bestowed on you in relation to the provision of the goods and/or of services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. 

12.2 If any provision or part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, such provision or part thereof shall be severed here from and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
