ORDER
Q: How do I place an online order?
• Take your time browsing through our store, when you wish to make a purchase just click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This will add the product into your cart which you can view and edit at any stage.
• When you have finished with your shopping, click the ‘Checkout’ button and fill in the information as required. Confirm your shipping address and then proceed to choose your flat rate shipping options. If you spend over AUD$75.00 you will receive free shipping to anywhere within Australia. This will be calculated automatically and you will not have to pay for shipping.
• You will then proceed to ‘Review & Payment’ where you will see a page confirming your order. Please check to make sure you are purchasing the correct items and quantities. To make changes to your cart, click the ‘Edit Cart’ button.
Q: How do I know if my order has been confirmed? A: After successfully placing your order and payment has gone through, click on 'Return To Lehved' and you will head back to our site and see a thank you notice page for your order, together with your Order ID.
You will also receive an order confirmation email with all the details. If you do not see either of these, please email us at customerservice@lehved.com.au and we will confirm your order status for you. Please check your email spam folder as sometimes your email security settings are very high and new email addresses are not recognised through your spam filter, so you may not see our emails in your inbox.
PAYMENT
Q. How do I pay for my order? What payments do you accept? A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Direct Deposit. Once you have reviewed your cart, confirmed your Order ID and final total, please select your preferred payment method.
Credit card payments for Non- PayPal customers We process all credit card transactions through PayPal. You DO NOT have to be a PayPal customer to pay online.
• Pick 'VISA, MasterCard or Paypal' for your payment method and you will be forwarded to the Paypal site to proceed with your payment.
• Click the ‘Continue’ button on the left hand side of the PayPal page to process your payment.

Direct Deposit This is a great option if you do not have a credit card or prefer not to use a credit card.
1. Click the ‘Complete’ button where you will receive our bank account information.
2. You can transfer payments to Lehved through your internet banking account OR step into any Commonwealth Bank and directly deposit your payment into our account. Please provide your full name or Order ID number upon payment so that we can accurately identify your payment has been paid.
Q: Why do you choose PayPal to process online payments? A: We use PayPal for payment security. Shop online and have the ease of not having to reveal any of your credit card numbers. Lehved does not have access to view any of the customer credit card details. You can pay online through PayPal whether you are a PayPal customer or not. Within minutes, you will have a speedy, simple checkout.
Q: What if I order an item that is out of stock? A: Don’t worry, you will not be able to order anything that is out of stock. All of the items on our website are available ready to ship in our Sydney site. Also, our system automatically displays ‘Out Of Stock’ to items, which you cannot purchase. If there are items that are not available in stock, please email us and we can arrange to order them into Australia for you.
SHIPPING
Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped? A: You will receive a Dispatch Notification email after we have dispatched your order. All orders are shipped within 48 hours after placing the order. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link, keeping you informed of the exact whereabouts of your parcel.
Q: Why is there the need to package the items so well? A: We take great pride in providing quality product to you safely. All our shipments will be packaged with high standards to ensure that you receive your goods safely and promptly with no hassles.
Q: If I buy a large amount of products, how much will shipping cost me then? A: We offer our customer great shipping value with only Flat Rates for any size orders, anywhere in the world. You will only be paying our low-priced flat shipping rate.
LEHVED STUDENT DISCOUNT
Q: How do I know if I qualify for the Lehved Student Discount? A: To be qualified for the discount program you just need to be studying within the Makeup industry, at any association, learning institution or company training program. Simply complete our Discount Program form and send it back to us. If you qualify, you will be provided with a unique discount code to enjoy the 10% savings when purchasing.
Q: How do I use my 10% discount? A: When you have finished purchasing, click on 'Check Out' and proceed with payment. When you are on our 'Review & Payment' page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Edit Cart'. From there, please enter in your 'Promo Code' and your 10% discount will automatically take place upon checkout.
Q: Can I use my Lehved Student Discount on Sale items? A: You certainly can. All of our customers enjoy the great savings on Sale items; however you are still entitled to use your student discount on sales items to receive a further 10% off the sale price.
Q: How does my student discount work with the Lehved Discount Incentive? A: This is the best part of the Lehved Student Discount, you enjoy the savings of the Lehved Discount Incentive that your order qualifies for PLUS an additional 10% from your Student Discount.
Q: Can other people use my discount code? A: No, the discount code is only for the studying student. Our Customer Relationship Management system registers all qualified users of the discount and can also identify those that are not entitled to use it.

Q: I have a question about other products that you do not offer on your online store, can you help? A: Absolutely! If we can help you, we will certainly try. Q: Can I update my account information myself? A: Yes you can. Log in at www.lehved.com.au by providing your username and password. Click onto ‘My Account’ where you can edit and save any updated information.

Q: I have a makeup problem. Does Lehved offer makeup advice & tips? A: As experienced makeup professionals we welcome any makeup questions you may have. Q: What happens when I register my details at Lehved? A: Registration allows you to begin your shopping experience. Also, you will be placed on our database to receive updates of upcoming promotions, discount offers and new product launches before the general public.
Q: I don’t want to buy too much, is it ok if I only buy a few items? A: You can purchase as much or as minimal as you wish. There is no minimum purchase here at Lehved. Plus if you do buy in bulk, there is only one flat shipping rate, which is great value for you.
Q: I changed my mind about an item, can I return it? A: You certainly can return it. Please do not send the item(s) back without contacting us first. Simply contact us for authorisation for the return, and we will gladly provide you with a credit or refund. All shipping costs will be at your expense. All items must be unused and in the same conditions as it was shipped.
Q: What do you do with my details? Will they be kept secure? A: Here at Lehved, information security and privacy is of the uttermost important to us and dealt with severely. We take security very seriously and do not expose nor disclose any information to any other parties. Information of any nature, especially customer’s details are only accessible by selective team members whose role is to process and complete orders.
